Mixtapes for Hookers

Best Songs of 2012: A Master List

This list was originally going to be a Top 50, and then a Top 40, and then it bloomed into a Top 100. I’ll be keeping the master list right here, and updating songs to it as I post about them. I’ll also be posting them on my Tumblr, mostly so I can link people to the list without having to send them somewhere with the word hooker in the URL, and throwing them into a Spotify playlist, too, even though Spotify seems so very soul-deadening to me.

I’ll be posting about the Top 50 daily between now and Friday (ten songs today and eight each day for the rest of the week). Songs 100-51 are on the playlist now, although when this is over I’ll tack them on to this list as well, just so everything’s in one place. Sound good?

I know. Cheryl’s “Call My Name” was on the runner-up list, though!

Hey! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha plugin
for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having problems finding one?
Thanks a lot!

Grimes at 50 spot? Disagree. Glad she made the cut, though.

She’s also at #23, if that helps?
